華星東方公司承建的萊州市生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2022年5月18日通過(guò)72+24小時(shí)試運(yùn)行。

The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for Laizhou waste incineration power plant passed the 72+24 hours trial operation on May 18, 2022.

該項(xiàng)目建設(shè)2×500 t/d的焚燒線+2×12MW凝汽式汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組。煙氣處理采用SNCR（尿素）+半干法（旋轉(zhuǎn)霧化半干反應(yīng)塔）+干法（噴射小蘇打）+活性炭噴射+袋式除塵器+SGH+SCR，為我司EP工程。

The plant constructs 2 × 500 t/dincineration line + 2 × 12 MW condensing steam turbine. Flue gas cleaning system applys SNCR (urea) + semi-dry (rotary spray reaction tower) + dry (sodium bicarbonate injection) + activated carbon injection + bag filter + SGH + SCR. It's an EP project of Huaxing.
